What type of clients do you work with?

We work with a range of clients from awarding organisations to training providers, universities and FE/Sixth Form Colleges.  We also support organisations from SMEs to larger corporations across a range of sectors.

Do you only work on large or complex projects?

The simple answer is no – we offer a range of approaches and areas of specialism so are happy to work with you to define what your needs are and how we can best support you.

Is there a minimum or maximum duration for the work you undertake?

Once we have established your needs and how Evoko can best support you we work closely with you to establish how much input and time you need from Evoko.  Even if you have a long project it may be you only need small amounts of time from Evoko.  We are also able to offer blocks of time over weeks or months.

Some projects take just a few hours and others last months or indefinitely… it all just depends what you need – have a chat with us and we can help identify the best way we can help.

Do we need to have all our requirements finalised before contacting Evoko?

Many of our clients don’t know all their requirements at the start of a projects – this can range from having a clear idea about what needs supporting but no specific ideas about how, to, just knowing you want some specialist help or an external eye but are open to suggestions about how this may be best realised. We are always happy to have a no commitment discussion about what your needs may be and provide suggestions about the best support approach that will meet your needs – just get in touch and we can explore how we can help.

Is using Evoko expensive?

At Evoko we believe in providing value for money and regularly base our work on a date rate fee that can be adjusted dependent on the individual needs and demands of each project or activity.

We provide a range of approaches from an ongoing agreed day rate to a full inclusive project packages including overseeing a process, prime writing/development work, reviewing through to final submission.

We also offer a retainer arrangement whereby a bank of agreed time can be bought over a period of time and then invoice monthly for the time/days used within that month.

Whichever approach work for you we will always agree the approach and fees in advance.
