How do we work with our clients?
Evoko has an individualised approach to each project and client and we like to ensure that the approach we take is the most effective for the specific project or activity. We will always discuss your organisation needs and will work together to find the most effective and suitable approach for all involved.
We can provide services through a variety of approaches including:
- Face to Face – this may be for workshops, development days, assessments or project launch events.
- Remote – through the use of video conferencing, email, share network areas or phone calls.
- Hybrid – this can focus on a variety of approaches within a single project or activity. This could include both face to face and remote approaches.
- Single Project – This could be a focused project or activity based on a defined problem or area of work.
- Retained Services – an agreed volume of days or hours over a set period of time to undertake specific activities or provide more ongoing, as needed or ad hoc services or support.
- Continual services – an agreed volume of work over an indefinite period focused on agreed activities for example IQA, ongoing cyclical policy reviews or board membership.
